• Next Meetings : 16 May 2012 and 28 November 2012

A letter dated 22 December 2011 from the Deputy Director, Capital and Facilities, notifies Directors of Finance, Chief Executives and Strategic Facilities Group members that the 2012 dates for the Capital Investment Group will be 16 May and 28 November and that whilst the meetings will be in the same location, they will take place in a less formal set-up in order to facilitate more discussion along with presentations, for a group of up to 60 persons plus speakers.

May 16 2012 Capital Investment Network Meeting
This next meeting of the Capital Investment Network will be held in Conference Room 1, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh on 16 May 2012. A draft Agenda is available from the link below:

The theme of the event is "Looking Forward" and for the first time at these meetings there will be an opportunity for attendees to form small groups to discuss capital planning issues.

November 28 2012 meeting

• Further consideration to be given to detailed hub content but as 5 hub territories ought to be in place by then, this should be an appropriate meeting focus
• in addition, there will be a case study based around the Aberdeen Health Village project

More details of the November 2012 meeting shall be provided nearer the time.
